L&T Surveyor (Associate Level)
£40000 - £45000 per annum + pro rata

We are currently looking for an associate level L&T surveyor on a fixed term contract basis. The role will be based in London, and will be for an immediate start, with a duration of approximately 6-9 months.
You will be responsible for managing existing instructions/portfolios, including rent reviews/lease renewals on behalf of Landlords and Tenants.
Duties will include:
1. Produce written reports to Arbitrators/Experts with minimum supervision
2. Manage and maintain a network of contacts, including other professionals and landlords
3. Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of instructions, including regular client meetings
4. Ensure the efficient administration of all relevant Quality Assurance procedures
5. Be sensitive to changes in the local market/sector and respond effectively
6. Maintain a high professional profile and be continually alert to business opportunities
7. Understand all aspects of information technology systems particular to the office/department
8. Accept responsibility for any aspect of the office/department and delegated tasks as decided by the Partner in charge
We are looking for someone who is MRICS qualified, with previous Landlord and Tenant experience, ideally London based.
