This Housing association is currently looking for a Project Manager to assist them with their large and demanding task or replacement and upgrades across their vast portfolio. The projects will vary in value from £20,000 - £4 million and are likely to involve kitchen replacement, window replacements, central heating overhauls and other attributed tasks on a wide scale.
The client is therefore looking for a commercially astute Project Manager that can think on their feet and will be a confident self starter. Qualifications are not of particular importance but would be a bonus.
