Our client, a specialist Public Affairs agency, currently seeks to appoint a Property Communications Specialist to be based in their office in Hampshire.
Operating throughout the UK, you will work for a variety of clients including large private companies, developers, retailers, local government, public sector bodies and RDA’s, chiefly promoting their developments and assisting with land use battles. You will also be involved in environmental and energy related work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public affairs, stakeholder engagement and political and policy influencing strategies, working with representatives and officials across party lines.
You will have worked within the property field and will have an understanding of the issues surrounding planning, regeneration, commercial and retail property and housing with specific experience in devising and delivering high-level political engagement strategies as-well as managing consultant teams.
You will be a hands on individual with excellent policy analysis and commentary skills and must be a confident and articulate advisor and influencer.
