A large real estate investor with considerable European/Eastern European operations is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the finance operations of their office. This role will be suited to candidates experience on implementation of process changes and creating efficiencies in finance and the business as a whole. Technical accounting ability is hugely advantageous as is in depth knowledge of Excel. Must have good consolidations and forecasting /budgeting experience. There will be an opportunity to work on commercial analysis on an ad hoc basis.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with considerable experience in the real estate market in Europe.
