A leading global construction and management consultancy is currently looking for a Consultant in the London Whole Life Cycle Costing team due to a strong pipeline of work.
You will join an established team that provides a whole life costing service, focused on providing practical advice and support to clients and design teams about the costs, economics and associated issues involved with optimising the whole life cost of construction and services projects.
This will involve providing input to business cases and development appraisals, compilation of asset replacement models, option studies, whole life cost studies and asset registers.
You will have the opportunity to provide this service across sectors including renewable energy, education, healthcare and government schemes.
Applicants should have experience of providing whole life cycle costing advice to clients, ideally in a consultancy environment.
Applicants should have a degree in a built environment subject and may have trained in quantity surveying, engineering or the environment. Having a relevant professional qualification, typically: MRICS, MAPM, MICE, MCIOB, or equivalent is not essential but would be an advantage.
