Client Services Associate
£40000 - £50000 per annum + excellent bonus potential

Our client a highly successful International Investment Manager has a unique opportunity that requires the successful candidate to assist with the coordination and administration of the investor communication programme, and ensure that clients receive a first class level of service on all forms of ad-hoc investor queries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination and support of all forms of communication between existing clients and the Investment Manager. Working within the Client Services team you will be responsible for ensuring that these clients are provided with a point of contact who is able to provide a first class level of service in a timely manner, covering all aspects of the funds and any other associated matters.
The chosen candidate will be required to deal directly with clients and be able to coordinate the required responses by interacting directly with various teams throughout the company, including but not restricted to, Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, Fund Finance, Risk & Compliance, Fund Managers, Business Development and Senior Management.
An ability to work with, and fully understand, financial data is essential. This will have been gained through either work experience or qualifications. A knowledge of real estate funds is preferable although not essential.
