An excellent opportunity has arisen in one of the UK’s leading property consultancies for an Affordable Housing expert to join at Partner Level. The individual will provide property advice on all aspects of affordable housing to a broad range of clients, including market analysis, financial appraisals, marketing and leading on negations of development agreements to a wide range of public, private sector and partnership organisations. Other key aspects include business generation, maintaining positive relationships with developers, landowners, LA’s and RSL’s.
Due to the client facing nature of the role, my client anticipates the appointment will be at Senior level. Likewise the benefits package will be commensurate with experience.
