The construction market is beginning to turn and one of the largest and most well-regarded construction consultancies is ready to recruit.
They are currently looking for Chartered Quantity Surveyors to be based at a London airport on secondment to one of their biggest client accounts.
There are opportunities for professionally qualified Cost Managers, for both newly qualified surveyors and those with greater post qualification experience.
Essential
• MRICS - Chartered Quantity Surveyor
• Experience within utilities/transportation/civils/infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of NEC or ECC form of contract.
• Prior consultancy experience.
• Client facing skills.
You will be assigned to the London airport initially, however there will be future opportunities to relocate elsewhere depending on resourcing needs throughout the company and your personal preference and ability. Therefore candidates with experience across other civils or buildings sectors will also be assessed on their merits.
