The leading Project Finance and PPP Advisors in the Gulf are looking for an experienced modeller with a track record in the sector to come in as a Manager/VP and work on some of the biggest and most prominent transactions across the region.
This team delivers best in class advisory services to a range of top tier investors, developers, banks and public bodies across the Middle East and North Africa. Widely held in high regard the team works across a full range of infrastructure sectors and a multitude of deal structures and types. Detailed cash flow modelling and analysis is key and increasing client demand has created the need for an established modeller to join the team at Manager or Senior Manager level.
A demonstrable track record in Project Finance and advanced Excel modelling skills are both essential. Joining as a manager, the successful candidate will also be able to work independently to balance project, team and wider business priorities.
Essential skills are:
Thorough knowledge of Project Financing
Advanced financial modelling skills
Experience of managing complex transactions
Prior participation in business development
Management experience including recruiting, retaining, supervising and training staff
Experience within MENA markets will be a strong advantage and only those with exceptionally strong and relevant CVs will be considered from international markets.
