Rating Associate
£5000 - £48000 per annum + Car, Pension, Healthcare

Our client is a leading practice with great regional coverage. They currently have a vacancy for an Associate level Rating Surveyor to form an integral part of their team in the London office. The next logical step for this role to progress to is to assume the role of 'Head of Rating' when the current incumbent retires in a few years.
The Role:
• The focus would be on Rating compliance and audit activity, complex and specialist cases and not just traditional Appeals.
•A specialisation in a particular area, particularly one that supplements the existing skills of the national Rating team would be helpful.
The Person:
•MRICS.
•Proven track record in Rating, ideally in a consultancy.
•Currently at Associate or Senior Surveyor and looking to progress
•Ambitious and with leadership qualities.
