The business is constantly evolving in line with client demands and are looking to grow within their IT/Business Systems team. The company is looking for an adaptable and creative Systems Analyst to join the team.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data models and reports to support decision-making processes for clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing data cleansing tasks
To be the main contact within the team on data matters with particular focus on the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.

Role Requirements
Proven experience as a Systems or Data Analyst within the real estate industry
Experience with Property Management Systems (Yardi, MRI) is beneficial
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
