My client, a main contractor, is looking to hire a Project Planner on a permanent basis to specialise on a high-value high rise residential project.
We are looking to attract candidates with a Construction Management background who have previous experience in Planning for the fit-out of luxury residential developments. Experience of commercial and retail developments would be a bonus.
The successful candidate will be involved in both tender and construction planning working alongside 3 other planners and will be based in Middlesex.
Proficiency in ASTA, Power Project, Microsoft Project is essential.
In return the successful candidate will earn circa £60,000 dependant on experience.
