A Residential Asset manager is required to join one of the leading property companies in the UK. The role will encompass strategic analysis of the portfolio, investment sales, overseeing property managers and identifying re-development and refurbishment opportunities. The successful candidate will have broad experience within the residential sector and is preferably MRICS.
