Cobalt Recruitment’s specialist Finance team have dedicated consultants focusing on all disciplines within real estate accounting and finance.

Within corporate accounts we recruit from Accounts Assistant level through to CFO and Executive level, on both a permanent and interim basis and are well placed to assist our clients on a global basis, including Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. We represent individuals who are either Part Qualified or Qualified Accountants who have gained experience within Property PLCs through to funds, banking, developers and corporate real estate businesses including private and family offices and those that are private equity backed.

We also recruit for Property Management Accounts on both a permanent and interim basis from Purchase Ledger to Head of Property Accounts. We represent Client and Service Charge Accountants who have gained experience from property PLC’s, chartered surveying practices, and residential and commercial managing agents.
