About the Role
Cobalt is exclusively partnering with a Global Consultancy on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates Management professional, overseeing a large, diverse portfolio for a major retail client.
As an Associate, you'll manage a significant estate portfolio, ensuring effective property management and strong client relationships. You'll act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring compliance, performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality estates management services across a national retail portfolio.
- Manage lease compliance, statutory obligations, and inspections.
- Produce accurate client reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and assistants.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Real Estate, Property Management, or similar.
- MRICS qualified (or working towards).
- Proven experience in commercial or occupier property management.
- Strong understanding of lease structures and property legislation.
- Confident communicator with excellent client and team management skills.
