Account Director

Directly resulting from their sustained success in the industry, Cobalt is representing an innovative real estate business as they seek an Account Director for one of their most prestigious clients. This home-based role, has a nationwide remit, and will see you providing leadership and direction to a market-leading team across a portfolio of Grade A commercial office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the UK.

Our client is a well-established brand on an upwards trajectory, and has further plans to triple in size over the next five years, making this an opportunity to take your Facilities Management career to the next level whilst challenging the status quo of the property management world.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Leading the management of the relationship with the client from an FM operational perspective, ensuring key strategic objectives are agreed and achieved;

• Managing the operational performance profit & loss;

• Ensuring the full set up of the CAFM system throughout the contract and business;

• Assisting the Head of Sustainability in ensuring a sustainable FM service delivery;

• Leading a team with direct line reports for sustainability, technical services & engineering, as well as Regional Heads of FM, with a wider management umbrella including BM's, FM's, and Senior FM's;

• Ensuring full compliance with UK H&S legalisation;

• Supporting the team in ensuring key service providers for a range of hard and soft fm services are performing to the standards required;

• Other ad hoc duties where necessary.

Our client is looking for an established leader of the FM industry, ideally from a Real Estate background, although Integrated FM would be considered. You'll thrive in a client-facing role, with plenty of stakeholder engagement where you have the perfect platform to deliver a programme of positive change management throughout a nationwide business.
