Account Management Consultant - Yardi

Our client is a boutique consulting firm who specialise in Yardi, which is a global leader in real estate property management software. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company made up of Yardi experts, who implement and support the platform for various clients including real estate management firms. They have had a steady growth over the last 3 years which is the reason for this hire. The are looking for someone to join their support team and provide first level help to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who is open to travelling giving the restrictions allow to do so and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Having a background in real estate or finance is advantageous.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Yardi operational issues and troubleshoot tickets within appointed time frame

  • Coordinate with client enquires and procedures

  • Operate with the team on identifying and support producing their outputs, analysis and data reporting requirements

  • Regularly update their knowledge base system and maintain their user accounts

  • Participate in UAT on new features and functionality as part of regular release cycles

  • Establish procedures across data capture / import, validation, storage and output generation

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage their expectations

  • Follow project plans to a high standard and meet timescales

Personal Specification:

  • Yardi Voyager knowledge / experience within previous positions

  • Previous experience with similar duty requirements stated above

  • Background in a support desk role or similar

  • Skilled in client facing tasks to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • Be a self-motivated individual and have a passion for problem-solving tasks

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
