This prestigious Landlord Estate is one of London's most established and respected property companies. The portfolio includes some of the capital's most prestigious commercial and residential property in Chelsea, including large parts of Sloane Street, Sloane Square and the Kings Road.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to two senior administrators and some individuals within the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle new leases and tenancy agreements

  • Manage tenant queries

  • Assist with setting up and processing of direct debits and standing orders

  • Deal with all aspects of Credit Control

  • Maintenance of tenant ledgers and cash books

  • Oversee the posting of Managing Agent Accounts and reconciliations

  • Prepare and maintain excel spread sheets and other reports

  • Liaise with Surveyors on all matters

  • Liaise with Solicitors on completions etc.

  • Maintain and set up new Deeds packets

  • Filing/archiving

  • Handling duties such as Rent deposits, Terminations i.e. tenancy terminations/property disposals, Registration of Assignments and Underlettings, Changes of name etc.

  • Run and send rent demands including insurance & service charges.

  • Any other duties that may be reasonably allocated from time to time

  • Assist in setting up new leases and tenancy agreements

  • Handling RPI Rent reviews, open market rent reviews & fair rent increases/decreases
