I am working with a world renowned client-side investment business who are expanding their portfolio management team based in London.

Benefits of the role:

• As an Analyst, you will be working alongside the portfolio and investment teams, as well as various regional asset, investment and finance operations teams

• The portfolio will include office, retail and some residential assets across a global and EMEA location spread

• You will be involved in strategy formulation and implementation

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the portfolio via financial analysis using Excel

• Ensuring awareness of forecasts and anything that may impact the portfolio performance

• Working efficiently and able ensuring discretion is used at all times

• Ad hoc Euorpean travel on occasion

Salary £40-50,000 + benefits and discretionary bonus
