Due to programmes of expansion within our client's housebuilding / residential division over the next 2-3 years, an exciting and brand new position has opened for an experienced and qualified Architectural Assistant to join their design team in Scotland.
Working on schemes of up to 200 upmarket homes between 2-5 bedrooms, this is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor, one of only five UK Construction companies to be awarded 'Tier 1 Lead Contractor and Lead Designer' status.
To be considered, you will be a qualified Architectural Technician / Architectural Technologist experienced in house building / residential projects with either a house builder or an architectural practice.
Experienced in:
·New build residential development (housing and apartments)
·Coordination of external Architectural teams and 3rd party suppliers/designers
·Product and layout design
·Value engineering
·Regulatory compliance
