A boutique Real Estate Advisory firm who provide advisory and capital raising services to institutional and private investors, are seeking a permanent part-time Asset Manager to join their team in London, this is due to exponential growth within their portfolio.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Director's to provide guidance and advice on investment and asset management strategies.
The Asset Manager will be responsible for:
Supporting the team with the re-position of two supermarkets, including liaising with Lawyers, Architects, Council's, and other stakeholders.
You will also assist in the management of third parties including Investment Agents and Solicitors whilst providing guidance on the development of marketing material and investor documentation.
Salary is up to £75,000 + pro rata to 3 days a week, they are also offering an excellent bonus.
Office based in Central London.
