A market leading Real Estate Private Equity firm are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their Asset Management team based in Central London.
They have a strong track record of successfully implementing core, value add and opportunistic investment strategies on behalf of it's clients.
This is a hand on and strategic position which will report into the Head of Asset Management, working across multiple asset classes (including industrial, office and retail) and fund types.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with a background in Valuation, Development, Property Asset Management and Landlord & Tenant looking to move into a client-side Asset Management role.
Salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
Office based in Central London.
