A London-based Property Investor is currently looking for an Asset Manager to join a small, dynamic team to strategically manage a portfolio of mixed-use assets (office, retail, industrial, and leisure) across London and South East.
Key Asset Management responsibilities include:
Create and implement business plans, including value add initiatives.
Manage key lease events including new leases.
Carry out planning applications and oversee Capex, refurbishment and development projects.
Carry out acquisitions and disposals.
Managing external agents (including property management agents).
Key requirements:
Member of RICS.
Experience working as an Asset Manager or Chartered Surveyor (Property Management, Landlord & Tenant, Valuation or Development).
Independent and adaptable individual.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Salary from £50,000 - £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.
The role will require working at their Central London office 5 days a week.
