Cobalt Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a highly respected UK property company with offices across the UK. The Company owns £800 million of real estate across 6 million sqft - primarily office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and residential property.
The business focuses on investment acquisition and development of properties to unlock their full potential, working with their customers, stakeholders and local people to build real, sustainable communities.
Their Development Team play a vital role in coordinating the development pipeline across the portfolio and are responsible for business growth through Leasing, Asset Management, Project Management and Investment.
Due to a growing portfolio and injection of funds into the business, the team are looking to recruit an 'up and coming' Assistant Development Manager to join its established, close-knit team.
Remuneration
£26,000-£30,000 base salary

Requirements
Ideally on RIBA or APC Pathway
Degree qualified.
Experience working in a Development, Design, Project Management or Quantity Surveying role.
Experience working with residential/commercial assets.
