Cobalt is looking for an Assistant FM to help run a prestigious Grade A commercial development in the heart of the West-End. Our client is a well-known name in UK Real Estate, synonymous with managing countless high-end estates and buildings throughout the UK, making them a great name to have on your CV, and an even better place to develop your career in Facilities Management, due to their market-leading training and development programme.

The development itself is a beacon of sustainability and modern design, home to a number of long-term tenants who enjoy a great working relationship with our client, making this a social environment to work in, whilst managing a first-class asset that boasts cutting edge tech and plant.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited:

  • Assisting with the day to day management of the building, helping to provide a top tier total FM service;

  • Assisting with the management of the service charge budget;

  • Managing the work of outsourced suppliers - taking full ownership of certain service lines;

  • Helping to build and maintain a strong working relationship with the occupiers;

  • Supporting the FM in managing a comprehensive maintenance plan, including necessary projects as and when they arise;

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance throughout the development.

Our client is looking for someone with a foundation of experience in the real estate industry, having previously assisted with the management of an entire building(s) including common areas and plant rooms either as an Assistant or Facilities Coordinator. An IOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.

If you are interested in this role, please apply immediately as interviews may take place before the closing date of this advert.
