Associate Transaction Manager (Account Lead)

A global leader in real commercial real estate services are looking for an Associate Transaction Manager to act as an Account Lead for one of their most prestigious clients.

Main responsibilities are to interface with the clients property services team, provide subject matter expertise and oversee personnel and platform tools, real estate strategies and transactions. The Account Lead shall undertake all transactions at the clients primary hub, and engage in complex transactions, consolidations and oversee all global transactions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and enhance the close working relationship with the wider group and team by being based at their HQ 1-2 days a week.

  • Provide property subject matter advice and expertise across their global portfolio.

  • Lead the Account Team and provide guidance, advice, and support to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.

  • Work closely with their property services team providing oral and written advice on all property matters.

  • Leverage the company's network to assist with effective management of the client account including, subject matter expertise as and when required.

  • Review technology solutions to make sure the client has the most suitable solutions for their current needs.

  • Maintain and enhance the close working relationship with the client's property team.

  • Oversight and responsibility for line management of the client team (recognising that some may be line managed outside of the account team).

  • Lead all complex transactions and provide expert knowledge to the client.

  • Manage brokers and other colleagues acting for the client globally and on special projects.

  • Undertake various transactions including lease renewals, rent reviews surrenders and re-gears.

Skills and experience required:

  • MRICS or equivalent.

  • Previous management experience of large Real Estate portfolio is crucial, beneficial if having worked client-side or in a seconded role.

  • Proven experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team

  • Proven experience and complete understanding of Property Management, Estates Management, Treasury and Lease Administration.

The salary is £60,000 with a car allowance of £5,500, plus benefits and bonuses.
