Cobalt are delighted to once again support a Commercial Real Estate Landlord who are looking to hire a Billings Coordinator. This is a brand-new role that has been created for a billings expert like you! There is a huge amount of opportunity to grow within the team and wider business.

This role has a combination of Billings and Accounts Receivable duties as you will be supporting two well-established teams to make sure charges are generated and issued correctly, reconciliation of direct recharges and cash allocations.

Duties:

  • Reconciliation of utility and other direct recharges prior to production of quarterly balance sheet reconciliation

  • Assist and partner with Property Finance, Energy Bureau, and Operations Team for smooth running of the billing process

  • Issue all Tenant utility and other direct recharge billing and service charge on a daily, monthly quarterly & annually basis

  • Generation of all ad hoc manual billing requested from our Internal Customers

  • Support the resolution of billing queries from tenants and colleagues

  • Full adherence to Internal Audit requirements

  • Monitoring the mailbox, ensuring prompt action of any requests

  • To maintain and document portfolio knowledge for any billing process

Personal Attributes:

  • Financial and Billings background

  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Ability to build relationships across the business working closely with other departments

  • Motivated self-starter who shows initiative

  • Self -motivated, proactive with the ability to use your own initiative

  • Excellent team player, requiring attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
