I am working for a successful managing agent based in Central London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio.

The portfolio will be roughly 400 units all located in the immediate vicinity of the office, and will be made up of a mix of different residential property types.

More about the role:

As a block manager for this company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas

• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works

• Site visits to ensure good building condition

• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation

• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio

Key skills required:

• Significant experience managing high end properties

• Strong customer service and attention to detail

• Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects

• Strong budgeting and financial management experience
