Cobalt is seeking a Building Manager on behalf of a well-respected property brand in the industry who are best known for providing flexible working spaces. Our client boasts a strong track record in the industry, and are looking to grow their team in line with their assets, which are set to increase over the course of the year.
They are seeking a Building Manager to assist with the overall management of a circa 40,000 sq. ft. building, whilst delivering a first-class service to the tenants within the property.

Key responsibilities will include:
Setting, managing and reconciling the service charge budget.
Conducting regular inspections of the building to ensure it is well-maintained, whilst instructing repairs where necessary.
Being the first point of contact for all stakeholders on-site, including occupiers and contractors.
Overseeing M&E project works, whilst liaising with contractors to ensure all works are completed within a timely manner.
Ensuring full H&S compliance across the portfolio.
Holding regular meetings with the tenants to ensure that their professional needs are addressed accordingly.
Our client is seeking a motivated and service-driven individual who is looking to further develop their skillset whilst displaying the experience to carry out this role effectively. You will have previous experience in managing a building. An IOSH is essential.
