We are pleased to be working with a Tier 1, global world leader with a formidable reputation in the construction industry.

Working across various sectors as a main contractor, our client is a specialist in construction, building, civil engineering, and facilities management. An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Building Services Manager to join their design, planning, and building services division.

The successful Building Services Manager will manage all building services including mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.

You will have an excellent understanding of M&E installation and technical standards as well as commissioning procedures. You will be experienced in managing sub-contractors and have a successful track record with a comparable company in a similar role.

A full UK driving license is essential as regional travel will be expected, covering the South Yorkshire region, moving from project to project as when they are completed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large-scale Tier 1 business with an excellent project pipeline, and the chance to be involved with a wide range of projects across various construction sectors.
