Salary; £35,000 - £45,000 + OTE

Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure of working with an exciting, young office agency business based in East London that works with forward-thinking start-up clients across media and FinTech in London. Due to an impressive portfolio of works and plans for growth over the next 5 years, our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Building Surveyor/Project Manager ideally with a solid background in commercial office sectors to join the growing firm.
Providing a full turnkey service to their customers, our client sources, designs and project manages complex office moves from initial brief and location sourcing, through to design, tendering and project delivery. As Building Surveyor PM you will oversee all surveying services, from building surveys to dilapidations, contract administration and project management and negotiations.
Having an excellent background in commercial property you will be the go-to for all aspects of building surveying; You will carry out building surveys on a range of premises, dilapidation reports, and assist on lease negotiations and contract administration of contractors.
