Business Development and Acquisition Manager

The business designs, builds, and manages the neighbourhoods they create with a strong in-house team. As a regeneration specialist, they demonstrate their commitment to place-making through a strong track record of existing developments, creating communities with a real sense of place.

A fantastic opportunity to join the business in a key role as Business Development and Acquisitions Manager has now been created. Applicants must have an outstanding track record sourcing both on and off market development transactions, with an extensive contact base across the Midlands and North of England. Ideal candidates will have a real understanding of the UK housing market and have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authorities, Land Agents, and Housebuilders. A background in Land Acquisition or partnership/relationship management will be a real advantage as well as the passion and commitment to securing new opportunities in a competitive sector.

In return you will be offered an extremely competitive base salary up to £90,000 plus generous benefits and an incentivised bonus scheme.
