Cobalt is exclusively retained with a leading UK Real Estate and Property Consultancy. They are looking to expand their London and Regional Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) teams at Chartered Surveyor to Associate Director level.
As a team they are working on the UK's most prestigious highways and infrastructure projects from London, South East, through to the Midlands and North of England.
They are in a strong position to grow their teams to maintain existing relationships and expand their client offering, leading to a wide variety of CPO work.
Key CPO Surveyor to Associate Director requirements:
Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
Member of RICS or 12-18 months into APC.
Experience working as a CPO, Development, Valuation or Ratings Surveyor.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent written and communication skills.
As a business they actively promote flexible working, however your base office will be one of the following locations: London, Essex, Cambridge, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield.
