My client is a leading Property Management specialist, carrying a proven track record in the delivery of commercial Property Management services to a range of investor and institutional clients across the UK. With an immediate requirement in the Birmingham office, the appointed Property Manager will support the Partner and wider team, managing a mixed portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets.

This role would suit a MRICS qualified or APC candidate who has a practical understanding of day to day property management, able to demonstrate their drive to deliver a customer serviced focused approach to support their clients needs.
