Commercial Property Manager

A Real Estate Investment Trust that specialises in investing and developing industrial and logistics assets is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team based in the Thames Valley.

A large proportion of the portfolio is industrial and logistics, however it also consists of offices, hotels, car parks, retail and trade parks.

Key Property Management responsibilities include:

  • Regular site inspections and visits, to ensure you are building strong occupier relationships.

  • Working with the Finance team on setting service charge budgets in accordance with the RICS Code.

  • Manage budget reconciliation within the forecast.

  • Ensure properties remain compliant with Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Insurance requirements.

  • Delivery of the sites operations plan, including maintenance, capex and upkeep of vacant units.

  • Implementation of the programme of planned maintenance.

  • Managing occupied and vacant properties.

  • Instruct and manage third party contractors and consultants.

  • Work closely with the Leasing, Asset Management and Development teams and provide recommendations.

Key Property Management requirements:

  • Proven Commercial Property Management experience.

  • Experience managing industrial, logistics, retail, trade parks or office assets.

  • Experience in Service Charge and Health & Safety is essential.

  • Excellent communications skills.

Salary is £30,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance/company car, benefits and bonus.

Office is based in Thames Valley, you will be required to work there 3 days a week with flexibility to travel to site and work from home 2 days a week.
