Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Are you a commercial real estate analyst looking to join a UK and European focused Real Estate business with an exciting development pipeline across the UK?

You'll be joining a team of 7 Analysts across the UK and Ireland where you'll be working on a variety of responsibilities to assist the Asset Management, Investment, and Development teams by providing detailed analytics and modelling, recommendations, and business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Asset Management support by monitoring financial performance and providing comparisons and forecasts, and evaluating the financial impact of transactions on the business.

  • Preparing development project business plans, which will consist of detailed financial analysis of returns and impacts as well as preparation of development appraisals and cash flows.

  • Transactions (acquisitions and disposals) support with analysis, reporting, negotiation on transaction document financials.

  • Ensuring all teams have a good understanding and explanation of financial impacts and outcomes and building and maintaining good relationships with all teams, JV partners and other stakeholders.

What you need to have?

  • A relevant degree in Real Estate, Investment or Finance/Accounting subject.

  • Experience within a Commercial Real Estate role (shopping centre experience very beneficial).

  • Very good numerical skills and excel modelling abilities.

  • Strong data analytic skills to manage large amounts of data.

  • Any IT/coding skills are beneficial but by no means a prerequisite.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + up to 35% bonus

Location: N1 9GE (2 days hybrid work from home)
