2 month contract - £160 per day

Cobalt is working with an NHS Trust in London to source an interim Complaints Coordinator. In this crucial role you will ensure that complaints and concerns from patients, their families and carers are investigated and then followed up with a full response.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure complaints are acknowledged in writing within the time frame of 3 working days

  • Make sure to listen with empathy when resolving problems and concerns from the patients and careers

  • Liaise with general managers, clinicians and matrons to ensure the complaint investigation is being carried out in line with procedures and that an action plan is developed to ensure service improvement

  • Create preparation reports

  • Provide administrative support to the complaint managers
