Key Responsibilities

• As a member of the concierge team, to provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors,

• Following instructions from the line manager, you will provide all necessary services to the Residents, as well as communicating well with the wider team.

• Ensuring the reception and communal areas are kept clean and comfortable for the residents.

• Carrying luggage/parcel handling for residents, cleaning duties as and when required to ensure the communal areas are kept to a high standard.

• To receive and distribute all mail. All registered mail and deliveries should be logged before distribution to the individual flats.

• To always be courteous, polite, and positive to residents, guests, suppliers, and the public in general.

• Answering the phone, dealing with general inquiries

• Following procedures regarding contractors and visitors

• Monitoring any health and safety issues that may need to be addressed.

Requirements

• It is essential to have experience within a 5-star environment

• Ability to use own initiative as well as taking ownership of an operation when working alone

• Proven record of giving the very best customer service in previous roles

• The ability to work well within a team
