You will be working within a established and enthusiastic credit control team to assist with the collection of outstanding commercial arrears, prepare credit collection reports and to update arrears notes.

Duties:

• To help chase arrears by letter, email and telephone

• To assist in responding to tenant and other team members queries on arrears

• Update the system for notes from arrears chasing

• Assist in preparing collection reports for clients

• Organise Bailiff and other actions where required

• Identify and highlight to team members arrears at risk for non-collection.

Personal Attributes:

• Able to hit the ground running in terms of collecting rent

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• To remain organised and focused throughout the week

• Hardworking and Enthusiastic

• Good Excel Skills
