My client are a well-established and growing high end property management company who own over 50 000 apartments globally. Their properties are located globally in key urban cities including London, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, and New York. A new position has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join the team and be based in their buzzy and vibrant West End offices.

Responsibilities will include;

  • To act as the first point of contact for all enquiries across multiple departments and route calls to appropriate department
  • To be proactive in obtaining required information using available resources and existing company systems and databases
  • Generate work orders on the system where further action is required
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Handle initial tenancy termination requests, book survey, instruct check out
  • Complete move in and move out follow up calls
  • Respond to tenancy related queries and manage and resolve any customer complaints
