Cobalt are delighted to be supporting one of the most successful Property Management companies in the country who are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Manager to joint their successful team.

The core duties of the role is to coordinate and oversee data management inclusive of cleansing and migration. As an individual you will be proactive in ensuring that all data is reliable and accurate to enhance the key focus on continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will have previous experience in the collection and maintenance of data

• Analysis of date issues to reduce the frequency of inconsistent data

• Reconciling systems and validating data across Power BI, Google and multiple property management platforms

• You will be responsible for the production ongoing reports for external stakeholders

• Manage the development of databases and integrated data collection systems

• Maintain data from key data sources and ensure database remains up to date and accurate

• Filter and clean data by reviewing system and performance indicators to locate any issues

Personal Attributes and Required skills:

• You will have previous experience within a Data Management role within Real Estate

• You will be IT literate with experience of working with both Microsoft, Google software, MS SQL, Power Bi & TRAMPS

• Working knowledge of MS SQL and property management would be desirable

• You will have the ability to prioritise schedule and workload while maintaining

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational
