Are you a Real Estate Development Analyst looking to join a UK and European focused Real Estate business during a new re-positioning and investment phase?
I am working with a well-known Real Estate business who are seeking a Development Analyst to assist them in their upcoming re-positioning and investment phase, working alongside their development and investment teams, by providing detailed analytics, recommendations, and business plans across retail re-positioning, alternatives, and residential assets.

Working with multiple technical teams across the business with progression pathways available within various teams.
Play a large part in the new business strategy and planning, as well as asset re-positioning of key assets.
Responsibilities:
Providing development support by monitoring financial performance and providing comparisons and forecasts, and evaluating the financial impact of transactions on the business.
Preparing development project business plans, which will consist of detailed financial analysis of returns and impacts as well as preparation of development appraisals and cash flows.
Reporting on the business development pipeline, as well as updating development appraisals to align with all budgets, and actual and re-forecasting expenditure.
Ensuring all teams have a good understanding and explanation of financial impacts and outcomes and building and maintaining good relationships with all teams, JV partners and other stakeholders.
What you need to have?
A relevant degree in Real Estate, Development, or Finance.
Experience within a Commercial Real Estate role and/or various work experiences.
Real Estate Development Management or Analyst background.
Very good numerical skills and excel modelling abilities.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
