Development Manager

Ah2 Developments are a Greater Manchester based Investor Developer with a successful track record of delivery across the Northwest of England & Wales.

Operating from a regional office in Altrincham, they have curated a portfolio of high-quality, mixed-use developments. With a genuine appetite for growth, they now require a proven Development Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Directors, the appointed Development Manager will be responsible for delivering new and existing schemes. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the projects, overseeing and coordinating the full development process, including market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, project team assembly, site procurement through to practical completion

  • Working closely with third party advisors to fully execute the delivery strategy for each project whilst assessing and managing the financial risks for each scheme

  • Preparing and executing lettings and sales strategies, appointing third party consultants as required

As the first significant hire for the business, the Development Manager will gain significant exposure to the founding Directors, playing a crucial part in the growth of the Group moving forward. As the role develops, the opportunity for genuine career progression will grow, therefore it is essential that the appointed candidate recognises the entrepreneurial spirit of the business and can match the ethos and standards that the founding Directors have achieved since the Group's inception.
