Development Surveyor
£30,000 plus Car Allowance and Discretionary Bonus
Based Yorkshire
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Region's leading Property Developers. Working closely with a team of experienced Development Managers, the appointed Development Surveyor will assist with the delivery and development strategies for major schemes throughout the North of England. The appointed Development Surveyor must be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience of acquiring and disposing of sites, negotiating lease terms and associated agreements.
Supporting on the identification and/or delivery of large multi-phased development projects in the residential and commercial sectors.
An ability to manage costs and work to agreed budgets.
An understanding of commercial and/or residential property contracts and development appraisals. Knowledge of both Excel and Argus Appraisal software is beneficial.
Possesses strong communication skills and is able to challenge constructively.
Is entrepreneurial and flexible with a strong commercial acumen.
