A leading UK real estate consultancy is currently seeking an Associate Director Surveyor to join their Development Consultancy team, based in Central London.
You will be working closely with the Head of Development Consultancy to further develop the Development Consultancy service line, whilst maintaining existing client relationships.
Day to day the team provides a wide range of development consultancy advice to public and private sector clients, across a range of commercial and residential schemes. This includes: financial viability, development land agency, estate rationalisation, regeneration advice, valuations and CPO.
Key Development Consultant Requirements:
Degree qualified and Member of RICS.
Previous Development Consultant experience is essential.
Ability to generate and maintain business relationships.
Ability to manage other members of the team.
Salary is £50,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance, benefits and bonus.
Office is based in London, however they do offer flexible working from home.
