Estates Business & Performance Manager

Cobalt are working with a brilliant NHS organisation in Greater Manchester to recruit a permanent Estates Business and Performance Manager, offering an annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000.

The successful candidate will principally ensure the financial operation of the business is managed and reported upon in accordance with the SFI's issued by the NHS organisation. You will report on a regular basis to the board on all matters related to financial performance and commerciality - collating information from the operational teams, Financial Business Partner, etc. You will also support the Capital Projects team in terms of governance, risk and commerciality.

You will have/be:

• Previous experience of ensuring that services meet their financial targets within a healthcare setting.

• The ability to ensure performance statistics of the operational departments are in line with financial targets.

• The ability to provide an efficient and effective support and oversight of all departments within the healthcare organisation.

• A strong track record working within an Estates Function within a healthcare organisation.

• Strong knowledge of governance standards and the ability to ensure they are adhered to within a healthcare organisation.

• Previous experience of managing teams (this role manages the Business Support Services team, Capital Programme Manager and Finance Administration team).

• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to have strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
