Cobalt are working with an NHS Trust in Derbyshire to recruit a permanent Estates Operations Manager, offering an annual salary of £47,000 - £53,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient day-to-day operational management of building and engineering services to the NHS Trust's estate property portfolio and other occupied space. You will lead the day-to-day activities of Estates Department Management staff to support key prioritisation and mobilisation of Estates Technical staff to optimise service delivery.

​

You will have/be:

  • Experience of managing an operational estates service within the NHS.

  • A strong track record of managing successful maintenance teams.

  • Highly developed specialist knowledge of hospital building and engineering services.

  • Experience of managing an outsourced hard FM provider.

  • Commercially minded and have experience of managing revenue budgets.

  • Proven significant leadership experience.

  • Effective communicator at all levels.
