Estates Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to play a vital corporate estates role as part of a dedicated in house team managing a nationwide portfolio. Every day is different with this role as dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals on a daily basis are all part of the core duties. You will work closely with colleagues throughout the business to ensure the estates department runs smoothly and efficiently. Excellent negotiating skills are essential as well as exceptional reporting and communication skills in order to prepare budgets and Board reports. Instructing and managing external advisors will also be an essential part of the role.

Applicants must be degree educated and ideally will have passed their APC and be a Member of the RICS. You must be extremely well organised and be able to work under pressure in order to oversee multiple projects.

The position is based in South Manchester but the role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week required in the office.
