My client are looking to recruit a facilities administrator to provide support to their wider facilities team. This role will provide the right individual the opportunity to ensure that the team are using the systems in the correct way, provide training and support with processes as well as resolving any issues with the data system. This position would be well suited to a proactive individual who is looking for a varied position that will include; service delivery, building tenant and client relationships, reporting, problem solving and people management.

Key responsibilities;

  • Ensuring invoices and service charge budgets are processed in a timely manner

  • Working closely with suppliers

  • Maintain and update the core systems spreadsheets and databases for FM team

  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies

  • Attend team / client / occupier / contractor meetings if and as required and provide follow up minutes, reports and action plans

  • Maintain up to date holiday, sickness and training records for the FM and contract teams

Key skills;

  • Great attention to detail

  • A 'can-do', positive approach to the role.

  • Previous experience using IT software e.g. Excel

  • Confident in speaking with people at all different levels

  • Strong organisational skills
