Facilities Coordinator

Cobalt is looking for a part-time Facilities Coordinator to support the running of a vibrant mixed-use estate of commercial, logistic, and industrial space, as well as green parkland.

This role will see you working 25-30 hours per week (at your discretion) in a flexible arrangement, where you'll form part of the close-knit property team providing a first class total FM service to your tenants.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with site inspections;

  • Responding to maintenance requests in person, via phone and/or email;

  • Helping to foster strong working relationships with tenants on-site;

  • Helping to provide a proactive and reactive maintenance service;

  • Maintaining all H&S records/documentation using the Meridian H&S system;

  • Raising purchase orders for necessary works;

  • Liaising with customers and contractors for operational queries.

You'll thrive in a role with variety, where no two roles are the same, as well as job that doesn't chain you to the desk but lets you get out and about in a hands-on role. A background in property management would be beneficial but is not essential, although previous experience in administration, coordination, or facilities is necessary.
